Under Proposition 1, doctor-prescribed marijuana use would be legal in Columbia and other possession cases involving 35 grams or less of pot When I see such proposals, one thing always sticks out and I have to ask: Where in the heck do they come up with these amounts? 35 grams is like an Oz and a 1/4.
These propositions are a good sign that people are rejcting the government's propaganda, but the notion still remains that a government can decide your fate based upon possession of certain amount of a plant. I reject the entire notion that governemnt of any level can determine what an individual ingests.

Darn that metric system! ;^). I usually buy in 1/4 pound increments myself, if only for the price break. My dealer runs bulk like Costco.

Well that's too bad. I mean I completely agree but we're never going to get pure libertarianism. We've got to get practical or we're just wasting our time.
The party of principal is a faliure. We need the party of practical libertarianism.
