The "Patriot" Act is nothing more than a warmed over version of the Clintonian "Terrorist" Act after OKC.
It wasn't right then, just because the *other* team is in control, doesn't make it right now.
The City of Evil may have been misguided into taking the correct stance, somehow.

The City of Evil may have been misguided into taking the correct stance, somehow.As I said, I think it's one thing to question the patriot act. It's another thing to ignore the supremacy clause of the Constitution and start telling employees to ignore federal laws simply because they may or may not ultimately be found to be unconstitutional.
That opens the door to the lefties ignoring pretty much any law they don't like. That's also more or less what the southern states used as an excuse for secession.
There's also the problem of the City thinking it has the authority to start overseeing state and federal law enforcement (demanding monthly reports).
Questioning is one thing. This is over the line in my opinion.
