I was thrown by the appearance of the word "her" before "his" in the phrase "...than by working together to meet her or his education needs." Well, then clearly you must be sexist if the use of her before his threw you.
Incidentally, since you didn't object to the missing its before her and his, then you obviously must be a homophobe as well. :=)
