Well, it seems the only difference is that they left out some big words. In this case welfare and development. I think well soon see a pattern

The racism inherent in the Left's treatment of blacks is clearly on display here, as it is so often. It is simply amazing that they manage to get 90% of their vote.

What's perhaps more disturbing, is first they removed the black version, then they pulled the original 'parents(non-black)' version, and put the dumbed down one for everyone.
