He wont disarm. I imagine he thinks if he disarms we will then attack him anyway, and he then wont have weapons that can stop us. He may be right about this, but it is just as well because I would hate to see a disarmed Iraq with Saddam still in power. We had that ten years ago.

How on earth could we ever tell if they've disarmed. Short of invading them, which sounds like it's vastly overdue.

He was never diarmed, and you know it. The UN inspectors were still finding and destroying stuff in 98 when they were kicked out.
