At least Dunn is knowledgable enough to know that the ISO has performed badly. It is interesting that considering all the bad things the ISO has done, that the only one quoted by the newspaper was that two folks unilaterally raised the price cap.
Davis must be really feared by all the other legislators , the way they go along with him on everything.
Very sad.
