President George Bush has been displaying increasing impatience with the pace of inspections and is eager to start the bombing.
A thinly-disguised hit piece, imho... I seriously doubt that Bush is 'eager' to start the bombing... I believe he is, however, eager to end this in whatever way makes the most sense. Big difference...
