When I was in flight training in Pensacola, we used to go to the Oyster Bar on Sunday afternoons. Dozen oysters on the half shell and a Bud -- 2 bux!

And, the AFL was VERY entertaining in those days, with scores like 56-54 and such.

Spent many a very pleasant Sunday afternoon there.

PS I don't believe I ever ate 100 of the things, though! Thassalot!

Besides, when the football game was over, having eaten 4 or 5 dozen oysters and drank 4 or 5 Buds, our minds turned to "Where the girls were."

So, we had to keep our stuff together so as to be able to charm the girls! I mean, after all, this was Pensacola. And, we were Officers and Gentlemen, don'tchaknow! LOL!
