You are confusing the despicable perversion of pedophilia as defined in psychiatric books with the statutory pedophilia as defined by the local laws on age of consent. Only some states have it higher than 16.

BTW, when I see liberals condemning discrimination based on "sexual orientation", I wonder which exactly "orientations" they have in mind? Is there any authoritative list, is it fixed or is it growing?

I was referring to the above, not at which age statutarily designates a pedophile victim. Other people caught do time while this pervert gets off scot free. Tell me why he gets off while others caught in the same type of sting are treated differently.
