They have had GPS locating senders/transponders implanted in their bodies that are inert and not seen by X Rays.
These GPS transponders will be triggered shortly after they are all gathered around the WMD targets. Then our planes will just drop our smart bombs right on these brave Mossad agents.
Some will trigger their transponders early to enable our thousands of cruise missiles waiting for that signal. That will be the final act of bravery by these brave Mossad agents.
