No, it's destroying someone else's property. BTW, that property did not belong to the King; it belonged to private citizens.

Hmmmmm. That would probably be deemed an act of war or protest. That would be vandalism not stealing since they didn't take it for themselves. An act only justified because of the lack of representation effectively reduced the colonies to slavery.
