BATON ROUGE - U.S. Rep. David Vitter on Wednesday challenged Louisiana Gov. Mike Foster to debate him face to face over the governor's support of the Jena Band of Choctaws opening a casino in DeSoto Parish.
"I am going to oppose this in every way," Vitter said.

Here are two Republicans squabbling in LA: Governor Foster and Congressman Vitter, who was elected in a special election in 1999 to succeed former Rep. Bob Livingston. In the past, it has been LA Democrats publicly squabbling, but now the GOP is in on the act. In this dispute, I'm with Vitter.
