How large of a city is Modesto? I was thinking it was small, but if they have 40 police working on the case, it must be much larger than I thought.

I read on another forum that it's about 200,000. And last night, I think it was SP's mother who said there are about 300 police in the town. At one time there were 100 working on this case, down to 40 now.
