.we now know they declared bankuptcy just after they sold the business...this is something..

I guess I missed that...what date did they sell the business and what date did they file bankruptcy?

Don't know yet the NE issupposed to tell us that in this issue..but he graduated in 97..ran the shack 2 yrs +/-... he declared bankruptcy for a reason..he was broke..and he had no job or business between the shack and the house and his new job..ergo..it only follows the creditors were left over from the shack, he was in school prior to that...how they got into the house I am afraid to say at this point...
Remember the parents could have helped...heck for that matter..how did he start the shack?...just out of scool.
