Police didn't name the suspect and no arrests have been reported. Police say Laci and Scott Peterson know the suspect. The person is one of many people with access to their home. The stolen property has been returned. HA! It was someone in the family, I bet, wanting some sort of personal memento or something.

HA! It was someone in the family, I bet, wanting some sort of personal memento or something.A reporter from KTVU said last night that Scott refused to press charges. The reporter was in Modesto. KTVU said tonite that the Peterson family will hold a press conference tomorrow.
