Another question I would like answered is; Why did he get off so easily? I remember seeing other cases of "internet predator perves" being arrested and charged with much more serious offenses. And they were met by the police and not the underage target, just like Scritter.

Exactly, not one time but two times he not only talks on line but actually go to meet underage. So why are not the people who let him off explaining themselves?
