Sign the petition to support upgraded legislation for State Defense Forces /Home Guard

Please sign this petition to revive legislative attempts to upgrade our State Defense Forces so they can fulfill their legally constituted duties for Homeland Security.

A bill that would have done this in the 2002 session was killed for supposed "lack of support and constituency".

We all know we support a stong Home Guard. Now is the time to help out the cause.

I have two other threads on State Defense Forces that I have posted after research. I cant find the links right now, but they explain it all, and why it is so important that we get them the support and backing they need, especially with Homeland Defense such a critical issue.
