I thought Brown handled this interview very well, very professionally. He did not come off like a salivating bully. That would only have overshadowed somewhat the devastation of Ritter, which was the main thing here. Credit where credit is due. Brown got it right.
Aaron Brown did a great interview of Ritter. He gave him a chance to explain, talked to him like he was a friend, even sighed before he brought up what's been printed and broadcast about the charges, and showed a small bit of digust when Ritter went into his spin and all but stopped the interview when Ritter tried to spin about Iraq.
It was a masterful interview of Ritter. Brown didn't have to pound on Ritter or even pressure him to talk. Ritter's evasiveness was enough to be completely devastating. I have a new-found respect for Brown.
