I have a better plan to bring about Iraqi capitulation: send in a French Army of 500,000 who will immediately surrender thus over taxing Iraqi POW capabilities. What with the demands the French will make for their particular culinary necessities and other peculiarities, the Iraqi people will demand Saddam capitulate to clear the nation of frog infestation.

Why not airlift the entire 2002 graduating class of attorneys from the USA? They will proceed to screw up Iraq for decades to come, and it will give the USA a breather. Throw in Janet Reno and Hitlery! for good measure. They can mud wrestle for saddam's entertainment.
