Asst. D.A. fired after story came to light
Jan. 21 -- Cynthia Preiser, the assistant district attorney who handled Ritter's case, was dismissed last week. Lindsay Cohen reports.
ALBANY, NY, Jan. 21 - The June 2001 arrest of former U.N. weapons inspector and Delmar resident Scott Ritter has made many headlines this week. Ritter faced misdemeanor charges for trying to solicit an underage girl for sexual acts. But the effects of his arrest ripple far beyond it.
THOSE EFFECTS INVOLVE the firing of Assistant District Attorney Cynthia Preiser.
Neither Preiser nor Albany County District Attorney Paul Clyne will talk to NewsChannel 13 about the dismissal.

POSSIBLE PRIOR ARREST
Colonie police arrested Ritter -- whose full name is William Scott Ritter Jr. -- as part of an internet sex crime sting. The police department cannot comment on the arrest, because all records on the case have been sealed.
Colonie police released this mugshot of Ritter following his arrest in June 2001.
However, NewsChannel 13 reported in June 2001 about the arrest of a 39-year-old William Ritter of Delmar on charges he tried to lure a 16-year-old girl he met on the Internet to a Burger King in Menands. According to police, the intent of that meeting was so that she could watch him perform sexual acts on himself.

Check the picture of the now-fired Assistant DA. A butch leftist core Democrat? You decide. Note also in the story that Ritter had previously been caught in a police sting trying to solicit a 14-year-old, but wasn't charged.

If he has been caught doing it twice I bet he has done it before. (and maybe since)

I would REALLY like to know if the assistant D.A. received a little pressure from demoncRATs or if she contacted any demoncRATs in regard to this issue.

With my apologies to the actor who played "Newman" on "Seinfeld," but doesn't Ritter look a lot like Newman in that picture?

I have a question about Iraqi/Muslim law, when you are caught spanking your monkey, which part do they cut off, your hand, your monkey or both?
To: Mike Darancette
Iraqui honeypot. = Iraqui Honey Trap.
I meant James Bond, not Winnie the Pooh.

Does anyone know what year it was that Mr. Ritter first voiced his change of mind about Iraq? I seem to recall that Clinton was still in office when it happened.
Perhaps there are some young women out there that did fall for this guy's line and as difficult as it may be, need to come forward to nail this creep.
Looks like whoever he was getting protection from no longer needs him-wonder why?

I have been saying for over 4 years that saddam has had something on XXX42, which explains the reasons why XXX42 yanked Ritter et al for no apparent reason back in 1998, and why XXX42 continues to cover for saddam.
If klintoon was so vulnerable as to have sex with a young, fat, undereducated girl in under two hours after she meets him and flashes her thong, then having a setup woman planted by saddam would be a piece of cake to take down slick willie.
This story may only be the tip of the iceberg for Ritter, and Klintoon. I think that some more stories may be leaked about either of them in the next few months as saddam gets desperate to keep his job.

How many molested kids has he left in his wake?

oh, effendi, we have bey's selection of young virgins! boys, girls you pick! a selection worthy of the prophet!

Hmmmm? I was thinking that perhaps Hitlery found out from Ritter's FBI file that he had had the little run-in with the police; this may explain the "sealed" file. It would take a judge to perform such a duty ... and since x42 had stacked the courts, this would be no problem.
How convenient that Ritter suddenly changed his mind about what was going on in Iraq ...??

I have been wondering about this. Scott Ritter suddenly changes his tune about Iraq and starts defending Saddam and demanding Bush's impeachment, etc. Does anyone think maybe Saddam has spies in the US who watch people like this who may be turned...knew about this scandal and blackmailed him into the service of Iraqi propaganda? His turn was so inexplicable, but now it might make sanse.
