Perhaps a FR legal mind can answer:

why would the matter be adjourned? Circumstances for such action?

why seal the case and decline to release the arrest records?

And why did assistant district attorney Cynthia Preiser risk her job--indeed, she just lost it over this!--to aid in the above actions being taken?

I think that it's either another case of blackmail or it was done as a political favor. My guess is that this is a DNC/Hillary operation.

Adjournment-pending-dismissal as I understand it is an opportunity for the defendant to spend six months without criminal offense and in exchange have the whole matter dropped and sealed. I have handled minors in Pennsylvania who have gotten the same treatment--successfully.

The court is saying: put this behind you and it is forgotten.
