As I recall from the good ol' days of Clinton scandals, the Sinkmeister used to love to hang out at parties hosted by that friend of his, the one who got busted, along with Roger. Those parties had lots of 16 year old hotties, who got high and then way-laid by the older gents present. It was during this time period that Billy Blythe developed that "habit" he had to kick before he could run for President, the one that required sealing all his medical records.
