Look at it logically. If a person got caught doing something illegal and then did the same thing again, only two months later, what would that tell you? First, that he has done it so many times before that the risk of being caught the second time did not seem significant or, second, that his obsession overcame his judgment. But, in either case, it seems unlikely that this pattern of behavior BEGAN in early 2001. My bet is that the Iraqis have pictures of Ritter with some local kid, male or female, and made it clear that they would release them. I'd also bet that some cash changed hands if, for no other reason, than to give the Iraqis the opportunity to get pictures of Ritter taking a bribe.

I searched the Florida sexual predator database, found 2 Ritters but the photos did not resemble Scott Ritter at all. I'm still looking around for Florida criminal records that can be accessed without having to pay a fee. So far no luck.
