I do not believe Ritter said *yesterday* it was not him. I believe that when the first story was published a comment was sought from him and he denied it *then*. Since then, the media hasn't been able to get in touch with him.

I may be wrong, but I believe he denied it, then clammed up and since then his attorney confirmed, and the media found their treasure trove of photos and video.

Speaking of the video. Did anybody ever see it aired on that tv station? The station had said they were going to show it from what I read yesterday.
