Guess this destroys his "someone with the same name" alibi.

How did he get off the hook on this one? I heard of a retired military man who got picked up last January for the same sting and is already serving his sentence. Why did this joker get to go free--with a sealed record at that?!?!?!?!?!

Well, my question is why did the Assistant DA, Cynthia Peiser, cut a deal and keep it secret from her boss, the DA, at the risk of her job.

In fact, Cynthia's risk was realized when she was fired over a week ago when the DA found out.

Many, many questions, indeed.
