I spoke to Ritter today and he didn't comment on it, because when a case is sealed the people involved are ordered by the court not to discuss it. I don't blame him for keeping mum; hell, I'm basically a teeny little slice of the press as far as he's concerned. The article that was posted here said it was awaiting dismissal, so who knows what the deal is. If it's a smear, it's a good one. You wouldn't believe the email I'm getting on this. I'm going to try and call the DA up there tomorrow.
