I see that even Leno picked up on this story now. I saw that thi a.m.....Fox and Friends played it....Leno told the story about meeting the girl in the parking lot....then said he thought maybe Ritter, the weapons insepector, wanted to have "his weapon investigated." And Judge Napolitano today said morally, Ritter lied; legally, he may not have, IF Ritter went through the expungement process----we don't know if he did.
