I missed Brit's segment on this but have seen several freepers remark on it.
Here is my guess:
In the very first story about this, there was a quote from Ritter denying it. I fear that Brit and Fox were reporting on this by now ancient quote, because as far as I can tell Ritter's attorney has confirmed it and no media have been able to get a hold of Ritter since the first quote was obtained.
If this is the case I am severely disappointed in Fox as it has misled some to think that a denial was issued as of today--in the face of this "mugshot" or whatever it is, and this purported video.
