Apparently he is so sick and so STUPID that he did the same thing again, and this time got arrested.

The article is pretty clean to me. Ritter was attempting to have some sort of sexual contact with a 14 year instead it was a set up by the police. When he went to meet this child instead he was met with the police in an sting operation. He was warned and told he was set up.

I never understood what got into this Scott Ritter. But if this is true and the police would entrapp me into a phone call - pay attention readers, only one or two phone calls, not even with a real 16 year girl but with a system trained police professional - which can result for me to be branded for life as "sex offender" and having to register - well, most likely I will hate this system to no end.

It wasn't the calls...it was the fact that he went to a site for a rendezvous thinking it was a 14 or 16 year old, with whom he was expecting to commit indecent acts.
