I heard Brit say Ritter was denying the allegation..."you got the wrong guy", he said. And really, that sounded so casual, easily chosen words, I thought it had a ring of truth to it. I'd be interested in seeing the proof.

I missed Brit's segment on this but have seen several freepers remark on it.

Here is my guess:

In the very first story about this, there was a quote from Ritter denying it. I fear that Brit and Fox were reporting on this by now ancient quote, because as far as I can tell Ritter's attorney has confirmed it and no media have been able to get a hold of Ritter since the first quote was obtained.

If this is the case I am severely disappointed in Fox as it has misled some to think that a denial was issued as of today--in the face of this "mugshot" or whatever it is, and this purported video.
