If it was anonymously talking dirty on the Internet, half the people posting on this thread should be busted.
From what I understand, it was engaging in a sexual chat with what he thought was an underaged girl.
Byron, the fact that they busted him at a fast-food restaraunt shows his intent on meeting what he thought was an underage girl for sexual purposes.
It seems that the DA in a highly-Democratic district was submarined by a junior member on his staff without his knowledge, who managed to have the case sealed.
Now who could do THAT in New York? I think that the junior DA who was recently fired over this needs to do some explaining. Maybe she'll even give a name away.
Finally, this all happened long before 9-11 and before Iraq was front-page news.
