Yea, cold and hungry all the time, and I don't think they smile in any of the pictures I've seen. :)

Alan Alda is a big follower of Roy Walford. He always leaves me feeling cold, that's for sure.
1. Eating only raw fruits and vegetables. They believe that all animal products and all cooked foods are harmful, as are grains and legumes and other foods that must be cooked before they are eaten. Microwave ovens, it seems, are particularly harmful.
2. Occasional extended fasts.
I don't think that a person actually lives longer, they only feel like they do.

I am sending you my ophthalmologist's bill.
I too believe that a positive outlook and a good sense of humor lengthen life and make one healthier. Think of how many comedians have lived long lives.

The same things don't always work for all people, one should be aware of one's family history, etc.
Therefore I'll follow my father's advice: Hold perfectly still.
Pa was born on September 8, 1907 and died November 19, 2002, aged 95 years and six weeks, still in possession of all his marbles, driving, running his tax preparation business and pinching nurses right 'til the end.
(P.S. - I told him that damn tobacco would kill him!)
