Well, I hope that FOX follows up. I want to know how Ritter got off. Why the lawyer agreed to whatever deal was made, and why she didn't consult the boss. I want to know if the state bar assc. is going to do anything about the ADA. This whole thing stinks to high heaven. And considering it all took place in Albany, none of it surprises me in the least.

The fact that he is a pedophile makes him an easy candidate for blackmail. Pedophiles pose a danger and they can not be cured. Therefore, these charges should be revealed no matter who is involved.

I heard -- I don't know if it is true -- that one of the present weapons inpsectors is into bondange and S&M. Considering the murder trial of one of a S&M dungeon master or whatever, it seemed an odd choice to say the least if it is true.

And I want to know if Ritter reported this arrest to his employer (Delmar Fire Department). Albany is a bastion of liberals, so it doesn't surprise me that this went on. I'm wondering if the ADA was an old girl-friend or school chum of Ritter's. Or, she gave him a pass because somebody she knows or a family member was busted for a similar offense at some point in time. There is no excuse for her not advising her superior. She most definitely should have secured his approval before making any such deal. It's more than likely that the reason she didn't approach him was that she knew he wouldn't approve it. He was more than right to dismiss her for her action. No need to cry to her though as I'm sure there's a few law firms in the Albany-Schenectady-Poughkeepsie area, who will take her in with open arms. They can always use another flim-flam artist.
