My interpretation of clintoon's speech - as valid as the printed version:
Letter to the Editor of Hot Springs Sentinel record:
Clinton - Insults United States of America
The Impeached ex-president, Bill Clinton, insulted all the citizens of the United States of America on January 14, 2003 by calling on an audience of students at the New York University to prepare for a future when America will no longer be "the biggest dog on the street".
During his continuing verbal assault on Americans, Clinton also blamed "the rich" for the attacks on the World Trade Center stating that the government should not be "profiling people because of their religion or ethnic heritage or whatever else," but to profile "according to their movements or debt". Clinton said, added that people with such habits were "either rich or up to no good."
(In this case I may agree. The clintons are rich AND up to no good.)
The speech concluded in typical clintonese rhetoric, "this is not the sexiest subject on the block."
