Bush has told the UN that if it doesn't enforce its own mandates, it has no relevancy whatsoever. He's told them to prove they are relevant, or get out of the way.

I don't think I am too far off on this one. By even including the UN in this process, Bush makes them look important when they are irrelevant.

The air war is more than likely underway. It would be more cost effective to simply put bullets in the heads of Hussein's family but I am all for blowing some stuff up along the way.
