I would like to read the fine print of any agreement to let him go into exile. He is suppose to have many doubles so you have have proof it was him. this smells like it is bogus to me.

Get it? Saddam gets a vacation in Africa with a couple of his choicest buddies while the rest of the Saddamites perfect the nukes.
