Isn't it legal in Texas to defend personal property against theft or destruction with lethal force?

Seems to me that a little self-policing may be in order for those folks.

There's always the toe-popper improvised booby trap as well.

According to Texas law, deadly force can be used, in the night time. And a lot of this stuff happens at night. Shows that there is a lot of restraint among these Texans, putting up with what they put up with.
