9100(island residents) - 4,800(bye bye jobs) = 4300 people left to complain. The problem is solving itself.

The 4,800 jobs they're worried about losing are at the Roosevelt Roads Naval Base on the main island of Puerto Rico.

I'm not sure how many of the residents of Vieques work at Camp Garcia on Vieques, but I don't believe it's too many.

They'll make up the lost income through increased drug trafficking. Oh no, I meant fishing. Yeah, that's it, fishing. ;^)
