Hang in there, Georgiabelle!

My husband's a Lt.Col in the USMCR. Every day, we are receiving emails from our friends who are being activated and shipped out. We have a friend on active duty over at CENTCOM who gets a kick telling everyone the Corps has issued him a one-way ticket, with an open return date. LOL! For us, it's pretty much "when," and not "if" anymore.

It's all how you choose to look at it. Our American force is ready, and will be the next generation of military history in the decades to come.

I want to thank all of you for your support, your kind words and your prayers. I tried to sign up for Marine Moms but was having a bit of trouble. I will try again later.

I know that my son is ready for what ever comes, as I hope I am. And with Freepers like you I know that I will be able to face the coming year.
