yeah....do you remember the old organization called "care"...when i was in 67-74 a package from home was called a "care" package and it really was.....mainly because the people that sent it really CARED about the person it was sent to.

They still used the term in the early nineties.

Personal story: When I was at Parris Island my Aunt tried to smuggle Nestles Chocolate kisses to me in a box of inkpens...of course the attempt failed [miserably for me]...but she had the right idea.

Had those candies made it through...man I would've been in Heaven.
