They always say that .. but I will agree with them on the tempature .. it's 16 degrees here .. burrrrrrrrrrrr
That's what it is here without the wind factored in.
I can tolerate cold, even though I don't like it.
I can't handle it when the wind is blowing.
If it is going to be cold it better be snowing.
