Sorry, I have no idea of any helpful statements. Clinton got a 95% solution and it's about zero since Bush. The economy was off the debate board when both Bush and Clinton saw unlimited properity for as far as the eye could see. On NK, the Bush policy was not to talk with them.
Bush's efforts (or lack) has exacerbated problems in all three areas. I think he has caught on now.
You are on crack. Clinton dealt Bush a $hitty hand and Bush has done an admirable job of getting things back in order. The economic slowdown began in 2000, many economists are not suggesting that October was the bottom. Clinton's inactivity in foreign policy necessitated the War on Terrorism, which we are winning. Clinton facilitated NKs posession of nuclear weapons. Bush's hardline policy now has NK suggesting a compromise.
