These are exactly the type of people I was commenting on when I said that these people are doing wrong by those who buy into what they sell.

Well-established, and their rulings (which support such claims) have never been overturned, or legislated into obsolescence.
Which is why I say, research before you jump on the nanny-state bandwagon...
