The answer is NO. There was no such thing as AMERICA at that time. Parts of the North and South America were not even grouped together into one continental mass as each is now. There were other races, civilizations that had visited the land before the Chinese.

And what came of those previous visits?

They were kind of like our Apollo program to the moon: all flags and footprints, and no effort to establish a lasting presence or continuing transits.

You have a strange grasp of geological history. North and South America have existed in more or less their present forms, and have been joined together, for millions of years, longer than man himself has existed.
