Shots were fired at an IDF force near the Israel - Egyptian border from Egyptian territory, reports Army Radio.
The incident occured at Nitzana on the Israel - Egypt border.
One soldier was lightly wounded.

somethings brewing There would be a few Hezbolla, waiting for the Iraq action to start, who would then attack Israeli checkpoints on the border. A general war involving Egypt is extremely unlikely, and Syria, while still in a state of war with Israel, is unable to attack and not expect Israel to be in Damascus the same day.
Dozens of Hezbolla and their allies might throw themselves on the ramparts that day.
