If scientists gradually learn how to replace every cell in your body with a silicon based replacement, at what point in the replacement process (granting that it happens in increments) would you cease to be a living creature? ... Could every carbon based cell be replaced with a silicon based micro system and you still be a biological creature, with a silicon base life form?

yes I think once you lost your biological instincts to eat, procreate, and sleep and just became a series of programs imitating those behaviors you would be a voracious, eternal , narcissistic, souless, robot.
