They are using only LE divers and reportedly, one of them suffered a ruptured eardrum yesterday.

I forgot all about you...Are these Scuba divers and are they from Modesto or the bay area?

I think they are scuba per the shots they show, the depths they have been exploring near the marina are relatively shallow. Im not sure about the other locations but I think they were scuba as well.

I would guess it's all SCUBA from the news footage I've seen. Not deep enough to require surface supplied air. Also less chance of stirring up the silt on the bottom as much as using heavier equipt.

One report I saw heard stated they were using divers from Stanislaus and Alameda counties along with Coast Guard boats from SF.
