THis cop needs GONE..... if he's that damned trigger happy he has no business on the force. I tended to give the police the benefit of the doubt, but the video clearly shows there is NO DAMNED WAY that dog was acting in a threatening manner in the least!

Those poor kids having to go through the unwarrented arrest is bad enough, and then have to watch their pet killed by this guy... unbelievable.

Same here. I had avoided posting to these threads until I saw the video. My take on this, the cop had already decided that he was going to "shoot that damned dog" if it got out of the vehicle.
