I can't stipulate about Mr. Barkley's intelligence, but if I were to judge him by the way he treated the staff at the west suburban Atlanta golf club Ms. VC works at, I would have to say he's an alright guy.

He was pleasant, gave out autographs, and tipped very well.

Barkley could do better on issues if he would dig a little deeper and not give just general statements. He did much better on O'reilly.
