It was a typical felony stop, get out of the car, walk backwards, etc. You can hear the man ask the cop to close the car door because of the dog.
The dog jumps out, looks about the size of a Welch Corgi, The dog is just bouncing toward the cop, not threatening at all. The cop shoot the dog in the head at a range of about 3'.
It was disgusting.
With a 12 gauge by the way....
I wonder if they'll be incorporating the video into one of those "Come visit Tennessee" tourism commercials I keep seeing on TV.
